We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Ultimate Banking Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing introduced mortgage business from a defined geographic area in line with our overall intermediary mortgage plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and regularly review a business plan for your defined geographical area, aiming to achieve agreed business mix.
- Proactively develop introduced mortgage business from a defined geographic area in line with the overall intermediary mortgage plan.
- Collaborate with intermediary telephone business development managers and other relevant internal stakeholders to develop a business plan and contact strategy.
- Experience and skills in business development/relationship management within mortgages.
- Full UK driving licence and location within the desired patch (North East).
- Preferably CeMap qualified or working towards this qualification.
