Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of participants to empower them into sustained employment.
  • Broker and sustain exceptional relationships with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to create opportunities for participants.
  • Work in a payment-by-results contract environment, prioritizing your workload and demonstrating exceptional time management skills to ensure effective caseload management and achievement of KPIs and targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A to C) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer progression routes.
  • Understanding of and positive attitude towards mental and physical health, community and social inclusion, and a strengths and assets-based approach to engaging participants.
