About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team at Simplify Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our company, working closely with our Telemarketing and Services teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the Telemarketing and Services teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a field-based B2B sales role using a consultative selling approach
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets
