Overview:
The Sales Manager for Specification Products will focus on a premium range of washroom solutions including toilets, cubicles, lockers, and vanity systems. This role is pivotal in engaging with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, and main contractors to drive specification sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in specification sales for a high-quality assortment of washroom products, including toilet cubicles, vanity units, and lockers.
- Devote a significant portion of your time to generating specifications and selling to architects, interior designers, and tier 1 contractors.
- Manage projects with typical values ranging from £50k to £80k, with potential for larger projects exceeding £400k.
- Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events, and deliver company CPD presentations to clients.
- Work on high-end office refurbishment projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in specification sales, particularly with architects, interior designers, or main contractors (experience in both is preferred).
- A flexible background in various building products.
- A strong understanding of the construction field sales landscape, particularly in relation to washroom products and associated interior building solutions.
