We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Centstone. As a Registered Nurse Psychiatric, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with psychiatric disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' mental health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond promptly to crises.
- Provide therapeutic support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and nursing standards.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 12 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- AHABLS certification.
- EPIC experience preferred.
- Crisis Intervention Training preferred.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Float as needed.

- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning.
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment protocols.
