Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in the Rochester area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our specialist teams to provide 24-hour nursing dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance care delivery
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide team members
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and residents

  • Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
