\u2022 Prepare, deliver, and review comprehensive lesson plans addressing training needs, including basic literacy, numeracy, language, and social/employability barriers.

\u2022 Actively gather feedback from learners and other sources, reviewing and improving curriculum content accordingly.

\u2022 Engage and motivate learners to increase retention.

\u2022 Complete necessary administration, such as registers, enrolment forms, ILPs, reviews, and Awarding Body documentation, in line with contractual deadlines.
