Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food production.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
