As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and general support to adults with learning disabilities, physiological disorders, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including physical tasks, washing, dressing, bathing, and feeding.
  • Assist with social duties, such as talking to and motivating clients, helping clients maintain contact with family and the community, and organizing group social activities.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and homely atmosphere where clients can achieve maximum independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • DBS clearance required (fees apply).
