Drive Growth and Customer Success as a Business Development Executive

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on expanding sales volume and pricing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations for growth initiatives, general service agreements, and new business ventures, leveraging your commercial acumen and sales expertise.
  • Provide dedicated support to key customers, encompassing activities such as preparing quotations, conducting presentations, analyzing sales data, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Continuously enhance your technical, market, and customer knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
  • Contribute to special projects aimed at optimizing sales team effectiveness and driving business improvements.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and effectively convey value propositions.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Communications, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and proven success in sales roles.
  • Exhibit creativity and innovation in approaching work processes and defining role functions autonomously.
  • Maintain a high level of job independence and proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
