About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new and existing business from customers within the Motorsport and Autosport market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding level of service to clients within the sector, supporting their current and future programs.
  • Ensure first-class product advice, availability, support, supply, and after-sales care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and/or sales support experience, with a strong track record of business development and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically about business growth and development.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical products and technology, with a passion for the Motorsport and Autosport sectors.
