Service Charge Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Accountant to join our team at FirstPort. As a Service Charge Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial statements and records to our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver Year-End Accounts: You will be responsible for delivering year-end accounts to residents in a timely fashion, ensuring a smooth accounting process.
- Transaction Management: You will carry out the necessary transactions to ensure a smooth accounting process for accounts, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Quality Service: You will ensure a quality service is provided to customers/clients, delivering to department productivity metrics and contributing to the team and organisational goals.
- Audit Liaison: You will liaise effectively with auditors to deliver a smooth audit process and provide the best possible outcome for our customers and our clients.
- Proactive Approach: You will adopt a proactive approach at all times to audit and accounts, liaising with analysts/managers on areas of concern.
- Personal Development: You will take full responsibility of your own development and contribute positively and effectively to the team through creative ideas, tested processes or feedback from colleagues/external parties.
