About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opening for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to make a significant impact at Kraft Heinz. You'll be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the Infant category in the Northern Europe business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Infant category, working closely with the Head of Infant and key commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to drive brand equity through effective communication and innovation projects.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, overseeing key innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch, in collaboration with the cross-category team for timely execution.
- Design and implement a best-in-class brand communication plan across Paid, Owned, Earned & Shopper media, working closely with agency partners.
- Lead a team of Marketing Executives and Interns, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management within the consumer goods industry, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Strong track record of successful innovation projects from concept to launch, with a deep understanding of cross-functional processes and external partnerships.
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans, including creative, PR, and media agency management.
- Excellent commercial and P&L understanding, with a strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results-driven projects.
- A passion for understanding consumers and brands, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
