Platform Housing Group is seeking a talented Learning and Organisational Development (LOD) Advisor to join our dedicated team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and we need your expertise to help us achieve this goal. You will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning programs that align with our strategic objectives.

As an LOD Advisor, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including L&OD Business Partners, Line Managers, and colleagues across different departments. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating and delivering engaging learning experiences in a variety of formats, including face-to-face, blended, and digital.
  • Managing participant engagement and behavior to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with learners and colleagues based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Communicating effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, to influence and negotiate when necessary.
  • Developing collaborative partnerships across departments to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional L&OD experiences.
  • Embracing change and acting as a champion for continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Taking a consultative and hands-on approach to developing and scheduling learning activities.
