You will collaborate proactively with students, their families, caregivers, and both internal and external partners to ensure inclusive and stimulating support that enables students to meet their EHCP objectives and succeed in their career or independent living goals.
Team Collaboration: As a vital member of our team, you will possess a genuine passion for aiding young people and adults. Previous experience in diverse environments supporting individuals with specific learning differences or disabilities, along with a solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, is crucial.
