Key Responsibilities

We invite applications from professionals who are enthusiastic about transforming the educational journeys of disengaged and vulnerable students. Our mission is to elevate the quality of educational assistance provided to these young individuals. You will be supported by our team of SEND Support Specialists throughout your engagements.

This role offers a unique chance to leverage your experience in supporting learners with additional educational needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), care-experienced backgrounds, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your contribution will be vital in fostering engagement and significantly improving the educational outcomes for these students.

Qualifications
  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS)
  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
  • Experience working with young individuals with Additional Educational Needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding protocols
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance in obtaining this can be provided)
  • Two professional references

It is essential that you demonstrate the ability to work in a manner that prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of children and young people, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.

Employment Structure:

  • This role involves engaging with us as a Worker, providing short-term services as opportunities arise.
  • You will operate under a contract for service and receive payment via PAYE.
  • We do not guarantee a fixed amount of work or coverage for expenses.
  • Our insurance will cover the work you undertake with us.

We are dedicated to supporting the UK's most vulnerable young people by providing tailored 1-1 tuition sessions with specialized tutors.
