We invite applications for the position of Senior Value Engineer to join our expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) team across various regions. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate value discovery sessions with Freshworks prospects and clients, ensuring that customer goals are documented to showcase measurable business value.
- Clearly articulate the disparity between the client's current situation and their desired outcomes.
- Develop analytical models and tailored executive presentations for significant accounts.
- Collaborate with sales enablement to provide training on how the GTM team can utilize Value Engineering resources and materials.
- Gather and analyze key metrics from Freshworks and the industry to identify trends and benchmarks.
- Work in tandem with fellow value engineers, account executives, and solution engineers to contribute to comprehensive value assessments and insights.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of high-level presentations in client engagements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Value Engineering, Pre-sales Value Consulting, Solution Engineering, or management consulting.
- Proficient in financial analysis and modeling of ROI and TCO concepts to substantiate business cases, with a demonstrated ability to apply ROI metrics effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- A blend of business and technical knowledge, enabling meaningful contributions to discussions involving technology and business strategy.
- Ability to engage and influence executives and C-Suite leaders with credibility and enthusiasm.
- A proactive, high-energy individual who can navigate ambiguity and take ownership of initiatives.
- A collaborative team player capable of working across sales, onboarding, sales enablement, and marketing functions.
- Familiarity with technology and enterprise software is preferred, with a bonus for experience in CRM, ITSM, and Customer Service solutions.
