{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of our powered access equipment to ensure it is in excellent working condition.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products
* Fault-find, repair, and maintain a range of powered access equipment
* Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures
* Promote teamwork between colleagues to ensure effective workshop performance
* Liaise with team members to estimate and advise on equipment repair costs
* Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times
* Maintain and update service records and daily worksheets
* Adhere to company guidelines on Health & Safety at Work
* Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional image to customers and other people you meet

Requirements:

* Relevant general maintenance qualification and proven experience gained within the plant rental sector
* Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
* Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
