Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our UK&I Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems. You will work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service and maintenance to HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of new service solutions and processes, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, with a strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and components.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC, such as NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
