We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker on a part-time basis. The role involves supporting six individuals with different support needs, and you will become part of a fun and friendly team.
The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our service users, enabling them to live independently and participate in community activities. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care and support.Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that our service users receive a high-quality service.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
