About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and support specialists to provide day-to-day support and learning experiences for students with Additional Learning Support (ALS) needs.
  • Work closely with students, their families, and external support services to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Coordinate and support colleagues in transition activities and settings, demonstrating effective communication and tact.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Support the development of staff members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HTLA) qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Proven organizational skills, combined with IT and administrative knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
