As a Customer Learning Solutions Specialist at Cytiva, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional learning experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support our customers with tailored learning programs that enable them to optimize the development and manufacture of therapies through Cytiva solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer learning programs that align with our commercial team's goals and objectives.
- Lead customer demonstrations of reality experience learning programs, showcasing the value of accelerated learner competence.
- Engage with customers to understand their education needs, identify pain points, and determine how our specialized learning programs can address those requirements.
- Provide seamless customer onboarding experiences for all blended learning programs, accelerating adoption and ensuring consistent customer value.
- Collect and provide customer feedback and market insights to our product management team, enabling the development and enhancement of our blended learning offering.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with internal stakeholders, including those with varying styles and expertise.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and programs.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the life science industry or having a scientific background.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to be diplomatic and persuasive.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, learning and development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual and augmented reality training to accelerate competence.
- 2+ years of experience working with large or multinational companies.
- 2+ years of experience in a life science commercial role.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development design or implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Life Sciences, or a related field.
