We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability and ESG Strategy Consultant to join our team at Hope Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our business impact related projects, working with clients on their sustainability and ESG strategies, policies, and implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage sustainability and ESG projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation and measurement of strategies across various sectors.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, impact assessments, and action plans with and for clients, aligning with global frameworks and standards.
- Oversee sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry best practices.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and workshops for clients, effectively communicating sustainability strategies and reports.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related consultancy roles, such as ESG or CSR.
- Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles, with analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of global and local environmental legislation and mandatory reporting requirements.
