The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring new care assistants to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
  • Conducting regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants
  • Meeting with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are met
  • Conducting risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers
