The Referral & Booking team is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care through efficient service delivery.
You will receive guidance from a Team Leader and undergo comprehensive training for this dynamic role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering services to all acute service clinics within the Health Board
- Managing clinic operations and waiting lists effectively
- Utilizing the Partial Booking system to invite patients for appointments
- Handling inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining updated waiting lists and ensuring professional communication with service users

Education and Qualifications:
- Essential: GCSE in Maths and English, A Level or equivalent, Degree or equivalent, Computer Literacy
- Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service Training
Experience and Knowledge:
- Essential: Prior clerical experience, Familiarity with WPAS and CWS
- Desirable: Experience in customer-facing roles
Skills and Abilities:
- Essential: Skills in prioritization, teamwork, communication, and proficiency in the Welsh language

- Essential: Capability to work under pressure, Flexibility, and a precise, methodical approach
