We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our Service Department at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful completion of service visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer technical enquiries and provide timely responses
  • Organise service visits and maintain the service schedule
  • Access and manage technical drawings for service visits
  • Prepare and deliver brief sheets for service visits
  • Manage spares and modified equipment required for service visits
  • Ensure service engineers have all necessary resources for successful service visits
  • Prepare service contracts for machines and assist with implementation
  • Support the Customer Spares Co-ordinator with spare sales to customers
