About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Business Support Team as a Children's Services Administrator L2. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a key role that supports the delivery of high-quality services to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Support Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Children's Front Door.
- Manage telephone calls and update records to enable Advanced Social Work Practitioners to complete safeguarding enquiries.
- Ensure professionals and families are updated regarding the outcome of contact with the Children's Front Door.
- Support the team to meet day-to-day demands and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive material.
- Teamwork and ability to meet deadlines.
