Brook Street is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join their team of financial planners in a reputable financial services company.

About the Role

  • Assist senior financial planners in preparing client financial plans and participating in strategy meetings.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to provide tailored financial solutions for clients.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, including cash flow projections and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to create personalized suitability letters and financial planning reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry legislation and product changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present financial data and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the financial planning team to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in financial planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial planning or a related field, preferably in a financial services company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of financial planning software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
