Job Overview

Recruit UK, a Certified B Corp™, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in a Financial Planning firm. Our client is a leading Chartered Financial Planning company that prioritizes clients' personal wealth goals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients and providing exceptional support to existing clients
  • Preparing and sending letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating with other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers to achieve team goals
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including email management

Requirements for this position include:
