About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients and providing exceptional support to existing clients
  • Sending out letters of authority and ensuring seamless client communication
  • Liaising with product providers to deliver top-notch services
  • Collaborating with administrators, paraplanners, and advisers to drive business growth
  • Performing general administration duties, including email management and data entry
