CDM Advisor Role

A leading consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated CDM Advisor to contribute to the success of high-profile projects across various industries. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring strict adherence to CDM regulations and upholding the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on CDM regulations and health and safety best practices.
  • Assisting project teams with design and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with the latest CDM regulations.
  • Conducting health and safety audits and inspections to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Developing and managing pre-construction information to ensure a smooth project delivery.
  • Conducting design risk assessments and reviewing construction phase plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • Delivering training and workshops on CDM and health and safety to project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of CDM regulations and the Building Safety Act.
  • A background in construction or design, with extensive experience in delivering CDM Advisor services.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills, with the ability to work closely with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Consultancy experience is highly desirable.
