Job Summary:

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to join our team. As an Imaging Service Engineer I, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service work on medical imaging equipment within a designated service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment as directed.
  • Assist with unscheduled maintenance work as needed.
  • Install and de-install medical imaging equipment and peripheral devices as directed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and technical support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including electronic expense reports and weekly timecards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on medical imaging technology and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of previous field service experience in medical imaging equipment.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging equipment and technology.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This position typically works in usual medical, clinical working environments, including sites under construction.

The position may require the ability to physically work in high magnetic fields of up to 3 Tesla, which could dangerously affect any implanted medical devices made of ferrous material, potentially causing serious injury and/or death.

Travel:

Up to 100% based on business needs. May include overnight and air travel.
