About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Small Batch Coffee Roasters. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely and efficient payment runs, and providing administrative support to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all bookkeeping tasks for the roastery and cafe's within the group
  • Perform bank reconciliations, purchase ledger tasks, and accurate invoicing
  • Regularly chase debtors and support the Finance Manager with month-end tasks and management accounts
  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails and answering telephone calls

Requirements:

  • AAT qualified or in final year
  • Minimum 5 years accounts experience
  • Ideally experience with Xero

What We Offer:

Up to £30k pro rata, 25-30 hours per week across 5 days, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and award-winning coffee company.
