About the Role

Cubitt & West is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional marketing services to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including our website and social media channels
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our customers and promote our services
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the estate agency industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full driving license
