About the RoleAs a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and book valuations to drive sales growth
- Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate offers to secure sales and meet customer needs
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
- Optimize appointments for our Mortgage Advisor to enhance customer experiences
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferably, experience in sales or a related field
- The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
- Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
