Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
