Job Description

Role: IT Project Manager

Location: Onsite, 4.5 day working week

Salary: Up to £55,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at In Technology Group. As a business-wide Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful internal system project delivery, as well as helping to define business requirements and mapping out IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Provide project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business value and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or a related field.
  • Formal Project Management qualifications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Delivery within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong experience in project managing and delivering IT projects (software and data).
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Knowledge of ERP system implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle.
