Role Description and Expectations

The Mid-Weight Copywriter is a key member of our creative team, responsible for generating innovative ideas, creating concepts for advertising and promotional copy, and developing texts from draft stage through finished product with their art partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Advertising Campaigns
    • Work closely with clients and Client Service teams to develop effective advertising campaigns that reflect the clients' objectives.
    • Contribute innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and align with the client's marketing strategy.
  • Lead Creative Projects
    • Present concepts and creative work in an organized, professional, and effective style to clients.
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on client expectations and meet objectives consistently.
  • Supervise Junior Creatives
    • Monitor work and progress by supervising the work of junior creatives and providing support as needed.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Develop and seek cross-discipline learning from colleagues and vendors to ensure the highest quality product within specified deadlines.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Writing, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred.
