Automation Business Analyst/Developer/Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Business Analyst/Developer/Operator to join our Informatics department as part of our Robotic Process Automation team.

The role has three functions: Business Analyst, Automation Developer, and Operator. The Business Analyst function is responsible for engaging with Divisional and Department managers and Process owners to identify, prioritise and create detailed keystroke level process mapping instructions of what human workers perform when completing a process.

The Automation Developer function is responsible for transforming the process mapping instructions into an automated process, interacting with all the applications required throughout the process and ensuring that all exceptions are managed accordingly.

The Operator function is responsible for ensuring the operational services on a day-to-day basis within our cloud-based automation platform and software.

This post will support areas of the robotic automation development lifecycle including design, programming, versioning control, testing, documentation, technical implementation and deployment.

Person Specification
  • Recognised BMS Business Analyst qualification or 12 months equivalent experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of programming principles.

The salary for this role is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum pro rata if part time.
