At Heritage Portfolio, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock and Stores Controller to join our team at our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of food items, ensuring accurate inventory levels and quality control.
  • Monitor and advise on supplier costs, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety, fire, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
  • Ensure proper storage and disposal of waste products, and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
What We Offer:
  • Up to 30 hours per week, £12 per hour.
  • Casual role paid weekly, accruing holiday pay as you work.
  • Working day shifts, 5 out of 7 days.
