Accountability Recruitment is seeking a skilled Part-time Office Administrator to join our team in the Southsea area. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in supporting senior-level executives. Key responsibilities include:

**Executive Support**

* Provide high-level administrative support to two Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and expense processing.

**Office Management**

* Oversee the management of incoming bills and invoices for utilities, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.

* Maintain office stationery levels and order supplies as needed.

* Ensure meeting rooms are set up and refreshments are stocked.

**Property Management**

* Assist with the general management of company properties, including utility management, supplier scheduling, and cost control.

The successful candidate will work approximately 20 hours per week in the office. Previous experience in a similar administrative or PA/EA role is highly desirable.
