Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Professionally greet members and guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Process membership IDs and update member accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.
  • Work flexible hours, including opening shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of our members.

Requirements

  • Reliable, professional, and computer literate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and/or sports, with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their wellness goals.
