About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Senior Executive to join our team at Brightelm. As a key member of our commercial sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Utilize online tools and platforms to support sales and marketing objectives, including email marketing software, CRMs, and social media.
  • Collate and analyze data to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Support and manage the Business Development Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of generating new business and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
