Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Forest School Practitioner to join our team at Grandir UK. As a Forest School Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Develop and implement engaging forest school programs that meet the educational needs of children, incorporating activities such as sow and grow, messy play, and outdoor exploration.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above in Forest School qualification.
  • Experience in providing high-quality childcare and education to children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
