Residential Portfolio Manager - London Based | £48-50K Salary | New Build Developments

We are working on behalf of a well-established property management firm, seeking a proactive individual to oversee a portfolio of new build schemes across five exciting developments in London. If you're looking to manage large-scale residential blocks and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to residents, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role:

  • Oversee 5 new build developments, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with leasehold regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders to address health & safety, maintenance, and operational issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential problems.
  • Manage service charge budgets and implement solutions to maintain strong relationships with residents and clients.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in block or property management, with a strong track record of managing large portfolios of residential units.
  • Confident in dealing with new build schemes and associated complexities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • TPI or RICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple developments across different London locations.

The Package:

  • Competitive salary in the range of £48,000 to £50,000 per annum, based on experience.
