We are seeking a highly skilled Block Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Urang. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their properties are well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in block management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for dealing with clients' day-to-day issues, site inspections, and maintenance tasks, as well as preparing service charge budgets and attending resident and client meetings.

Urang is a young and successful property management company based in London. We specialize in block management and other property services for leaseholders, freeholders, developers, and local businesses across London.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, and you will be based in our office in Fulham, with the option to work remotely for some of the week. You will be part of a close-knit team and will have access to our in-house support teams, including major works, credit control, and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their properties are well-maintained.
  • Deal with clients' day-to-day issues, site inspections, and maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare service charge budgets and attend resident and client meetings.
  • Work closely with our in-house support teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
