Construction Supervisor

Lindum BMS, a division of Lindum Group, is seeking a skilled Working Foreman to join our minor works team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the execution of construction projects, including small extensions, refurbishments, and maintenance works.
- Ensure compliance with Lindum Group's quality and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams.
- Travel to various site locations in the region, utilizing a company vehicle.
- Trade experience in bricklaying, carpentry, groundworks, or other construction trades.
- Ability to manage workload, organize, and coordinate works according to a program and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and instruct site teams.
- Current SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and other in-date safety training.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel.
