IT Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join our team at Modern Networks Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their IT and communications needs, and proactively promoting and selling the right solutions to suit.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solutions selling, ideally within the IT or telecoms industry, and be familiar with IT channels. You will be a great communicator, able to build confidence through regular and clear dialogue, and put the customer first, becoming a trusted partner rather than just a quarterly contact.
You will be responsible for managing your pipeline, keeping your forecast up to date, and ensuring that all tickets are accurate and up to date. We are looking for someone who is process-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a world-class service.
