Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant with Alcedo Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including:

  • Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams

No previous experience is required, as our in-house training team will ensure you are trained to the high standards of care we expect.

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant with Alcedo Care, you will need to:

  • Be 18 or over
  • Be flexible and able to work within the hours of 6:45am - 11pm, with some weekend work
  • Have the right to work in the UK
