About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic caretaker to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd. As an estate cleaner operative, you will be responsible for maintaining our residential areas to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean communal areas, including sweeping and litter picking
  • Remove bulky waste and ensure the site is kept tidy
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including changing bins
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and work within a team
  • Competent in using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Excellent awareness of Health & Safety procedures
  • Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
